Anxiety

This time is certainly not the first time I’ve spoken about this, but anxiety is a powerful driver and can be motivational. If we take a moment to listen to our concerns, it might be telling us something. If we are anxious about an exam, perhaps we have not studied enough. If we are worried about an upcoming trip or business meeting, maybe we lack preparation. For me, if I am anxious, and then I take action toward what is making me anxious, then it is silenced.
