How do we accept what is?

We first need to understand the nature of reality. We need to know that there are many things that we do not know (know we don’t know, don’t know that we don’t know and also don’t know that we know). Once we understand, we need to become comfortable “looking” at reality. That is to say, become comfortable not denying, or running from the creepy parts of reality (internal and external to ourselves). It’s only then that we can begin to see clearly and allow our fear and anxiety to slip away that we might be able to accept what is laid before us.
