Impulse
Our natural state of being is one of an impulsive pleasure-seeking being. Because we can reason abstractly, we have been able to create the notion of something moral. When we did that, we now have a set of rules to which we might compare our actions. If we allow ourselves to be undisciplined and weak of mind (impulsive), then we will pay the price by being quick to anger. Anger never ends on a positive note as at its core; it’s predicated on malice.
