What are we avoiding?
It’s essential to take a step back and ask ourselves, what are we avoiding? Are we avoiding making a budget and sticking to it? Are we avoiding exercise or going to the gym? Are we avoiding facing the reality that our diet is crap or that we consistently drink too much? These are pain points for many of us. It’s not comfortable to realize that we all have flaws and areas that we could work on to improve ourselves. It’s incredible how much better we feel when we begin to take small steps toward recognizing and improving these areas of our lives.
