Scientology

Scientology was a group started by L. Ron Hubbard in 1952. He was a science fiction writer. They follow a text he created called Dianetics. Through a series of steps, they slowly learn about you while taking your money. In the end, one cannot leave because they are isolated from their family, and the group knows far too much about their fears and secrets. A Scientologist approached me. I was unaware they were a member until they told me that they were “making crosses.” Thinking this was strange, I asked them on what their belief system was predicated. They claimed Scientology. It was not until later I saw a Facebook post where this individual touted to have “inducted almost 400 members into their church.”
